Job DescriptionThe Groton/Griswold Education manager is responsible for the overall development, implementation and overseeing of the Education ComponentResponsible for providing training and direct supervision of the Head Teachers as well as monitoring and evaluating job performanceSupport center staff in areas of training, hiring, supervising, and curriculum planningResponsible for NAEYC accreditation process at all centers, including re-accreditationResponsible for technical assistance for staff pursuing CDA credentialEnsure all educational components are in compliance with state, local and federal laws and regulations including NAEYCVisit centers regularly to observe classroom operations and provide technical assistance as needed; become familiar with the CLASS observation toolHave compassion for the needs of children and families from economically and culturally diverse backgrounds.Required SkillsBachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, plus three years related work experience in an approved program, including supervisory experience.Strong computer and communication skillsMust have access to reliable, insured transportation.Provide current physical (less than 2 years) and negative TB test results (less than 6 months) before or upon hire.#J-18808-Ljbffr Recommended Skills Communication Cultural Diversity Early Childhood Education Receptive Transportation Management Technical Support Apply to this job. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
